\uff5eIncreased variation of permanent equipment installation, such as ~salt tablets and cool neck rings, to enhance employee health and safety<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will continue to implement the \"STOP! Heat Stroke Cool Work Promotion\" (Regil Ver., hereinafter referred to as \"this initiative\") in FY2024. This initiative is based on the heat stroke countermeasures recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare to protect the health and safety of employees.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0<\/strong>STOP! Heat Stroke Cool Work Promotion\" (Regil Ver.) in FY2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the office environment, the temperature in the room is appropriately controlled so that it does not rise above 28 degrees Celsius. We also use circulators to assist air conditioning in environments where heat can easily build up, such as when using telecubes, to promote air circulation. In addition, salt tablets that can be taken by mouth when going out or at work are installed, and oral rehydration solution and instant coolant are always available in the first-aid kit, as was the case last year. Furthermore, from this year, some measures have been strengthened, such as the installation of cool neck rings in the freezers that can be used when going out or using telecubes.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u3000Within the company, our Health and Safety Committee takes the lead in raising awareness of the importance of health and safety. Specifically, in addition to efforts in the office environment, we call for the prevention of heat stroke and inform employees of the first aid measures to be taken in case of heat stroke. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's \"Heat Stroke7 things you can do for yourself<\/a>In addition, departments that are frequently outside are encouraged to wear sunshades and air-conditioned clothing. In addition, we have developed a flowchart of first aid measures for heat stroke, and are educating employees to take appropriate measures in the event of heat stroke.<\/p>\n\n\n
