supply service\" launched in 2004, we have been developing electric power retail services for corporate customers since 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As of the end of June 2025, the company supplies electricity to approximately 7,200 businesses and municipalities nationwide, supporting the sustainable development of corporate activities as an electricity service that enables both reduction of electricity costs and decarbonization under the mission of \"making decarbonization not an intractable problem\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3000\u3000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u25a0 Background of Supply Commencement<\/span><\/strong><br>Kanto Mazda has continued to implement various CSR-based initiatives such as environmental management, social contribution activities, and health management, etc. In 2009, Kanto Mazda became a member of Eco Action 21, an environmental management system established by the Ministry of the Environment, and has been reducing its environmental impact through power saving and upgrading air conditioning systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, the cost of electricity derived from renewable energy is generally high, and in Kanto Mazda, the challenge has been to balance decarbonization and economic efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company decided to introduce the system because of its ability to contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions and lower power costs without initial investment by supplying power that meets the requirements of RE100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3000\u3000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u25a0 Impact and Future Prospects for Decarbonization<\/span><\/strong><br>Kanto Mazda operates in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Gunma prefectures, and is one of the Mazda Group's largest mega dealerships in Japan and one of the largest in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This supply is expected to reduce CO2 emissions (Scope 2 area) associated with the use of electricity at all of Kanto Mazda's high-voltage bases by approximately 3,400 t-CO2 (*2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is equivalent to a reduction of approximately 371 TP3T CO2 emissions out of approximately 9,215t-CO2(*3) CO2 emissions from electricity use at Kanto Mazda, and will contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions from electricity use in business activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Going forward, MHI will continue to provide a system of electricity supply that enables companies to promote decarbonization without relying on additional investment, aiming to realize a society in which
