Billing for the last month of use

The charge for the last month of usage will be calculated based on the meter readings provided by the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact our support center with the meter readings.

*If you have already moved out or have not informed us of the figures, we will calculate the electricity charge based on the figures confirmed in the regular meter reading (around the 25th of each month) after you move out.

How to contact us about the value of your electricity meter (meter)

If you register your cell phone number in the "Post-retirement Phone Number" section of the entry form, we will send you an SMS (short message) to that number.
*SMS will be sent around 1:00 p.m. on the day before your move-out date.

If you have registered a number other than your cell phone number, or if you do not receive an SMS, please contact us using our contact form or by phone (contact: Support Center 0120-45-2020).
