Necessity of Electrical Security Necessity For Electrical Safety
Installers of private electric facilities have the obligation to ensure electrical safety under their own responsibility.
Failure to ensure electrical safety can lead not only to electrical accidents within a customer's facility, but also to spillover accidents that can cause power outages in neighboring buildings and facilities.
Outsourcing Approval System Outsourcing Of Electrical Safety
It is difficult for installers of private electric facilities to hire and appoint chief electric engineers at their workplaces due to the large cost involved.
The "Outsourcing Approval System" is a system under which installers of private electric facilities below a certain size are exempted from appointing a chief electric engineer if they conclude an outsourcing contract with an external electric safety corporation for safety management services.
About our services About Our Service
Specialized qualifications and knowledge are essential for proper implementation of safety management operations. In order to ensure the safe operation of our customers' electrical facilities, we conduct statutory inspections of receiving and transforming facilities such as cubicles and electrical rooms based on the "Outsourcing Approval System". We also provide status reports on malfunctions and advice on electrical equipment modifications and alterations.
Monthly Inspection
Inspections and measurements are performed on electrical facilities in use. The frequency of inspection depends on the condition of the customer's facilities and conditions. In principle, inspections are conducted monthly, but can be conducted every other month if an insulation monitoring device is installed to remotely monitor electrical leakage 24 hours a day. The installation cost of the insulation monitoring equipment is borne by the Company, so there is no cost to the customer.
Annual Inspection
Annual inspections (precision inspections) are performed once a year. With the electricity supply cut off, we inspect and measure points that cannot be checked when electricity is turned on, and inspection items beyond the monthly inspection. Only when the customer's electrical equipment meets certain conditions, such as being recognized as highly reliable equipment, annual inspections (precision inspections) can be conducted once every three years under conditions where the power is cut off.
Remote supervision
We remotely monitor power leakage and power outages 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with our insulation monitoring device "Support 24". With the customer's best interest in mind, our unique service monitors not only power leakage, which can lead to electrical accidents, but also power outages, which monitor the status of electrical restoration, as part of our standard specifications.
Emergency response
In order to be able to respond promptly in the event of an emergency, we remotely monitor abnormal values using insulation monitoring equipment and have an emergency dialing system in place 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event of an emergency, our operation office will conduct operations to minimize damage by quickly responding to the situation from the investigation of the cause to the implementation of countermeasures.
Why Choose Us
Business establishments with high-voltage power receiving and transforming facilities must establish a self-security system (appointed or outsourced) to maintain and operate electricity safely. We provide our customers with speedy and highly reliable electrical safety management based on our reliable technical capabilities.
from the customers' point of view
To ensure that our customers can use electricity safely and with peace of mind, we have established a dedicated website where customers can check the status of emergency responses to the approximately 4,000 properties subject to security management (as of September 2024), as well as the status of facilities and countermeasures.
24 hours/365 days
We operate a leakage monitoring system, "Support 24," which remotely monitors power leakage and blackouts, and serves as a bridge between customers and electrical management engineers in the event of an accident. Sensors detect power leakage and blackouts and automatically notify the Support Monitoring Center via an e-mail communication network, while at the same time notifying the person in charge of security services. This enables early detection of factors leading to accidents and early notification of problems to customers.
Solid technical capabilities
We have many qualified personnel on our staff, including chief electrical engineers, electrical contractors, and electrical construction management engineers. This enables us to provide a wide range of support for electrical safety, emergency response, and new installation and repair of facilities, thereby protecting the safety of our customers' electrical facilities. In addition to emergencies, we also provide advice and consultation on the safe and efficient use of electricity.
