Compliance Initiatives
Based on the perpasive principle of "as a point of unity, we will continue to resist social challenges," we will continue to grow sustainably as a Climate Tech Company responsible for social infrastructure and contribute to the realization of a society in which all people can lead affluent lives into the future. To this end, we will not only comply with laws, regulations, rules, and other internal and external rules in our corporate activities, but also understand the ethical standards required by society and act with integrity. Furthermore, we have established a compliance policy as a guideline for each of us to contribute to society, and all employees will think and act on their own initiative based on this policy.
We will pursue contributions to social issues through our business activities, comply with laws, regulations, and internal rules without being bound by past practices, promote sound business operations with the high sense of ethics required by the times, and strive to provide added value that exceeds the expectations of our stakeholders.
We aim to achieve a sustainable society by complying with laws and environmental regulations to realize a decarbonized society.
We recognize the risks of bribery and transactions with anti-social forces, and shall immediately report any signs of such activities and shall not be involved in any such activities.
We will strive to build good cooperative relationships with our stakeholders, including customers, partners, shareholders, employees, and local communities, listen to their opinions, and respond to them in good faith.

We will continue to regularly review and improve the status of compliance to enhance self-cleansing.
In order to achieve an understanding of compliance, raise awareness, and promote action, the Resil Group has established a "Compliance Book" that embodies its philosophy and policies in the form of concrete standards of conduct, based on its Compliance Policy.

In executing compliance, the Chief Compliance Officer, in cooperation with the Internal Audit Department and each business unit, will promote efforts based on the compliance program.
The compliance program will consist of the following frames: "Top Commitment and Fostering Corporate Culture," "Risk Assessment," "Compliance System Development," "Rules and Regulations Development," "Education and Dissemination of Information," "Operation and Awareness of Internal Reporting System," and "Monitoring Implementation and Review.
