Providing "a mechanism to support willful growth

Career Autonomy Support

 We have established an environment in which new graduates can choose where to work, and an open recruitment system (including management positions) and FA system, etc., to realize a "career of their own choosing" regardless of their year or position.

Fair evaluation system based on performance

 We have eliminated the grading system and introduced a compensation structure based on contribution and performance regardless of age or position, making it possible for employees in their 20s to earn more than 10 million yen, and for non-managers to earn more than 30 million yen per year, clearly linking challenge and compensation.

Learning and cross-border support

 Learning support is provided to encourage self-investment in the form of book expenses (2 books per month), seminar participation (within 30,000 yen), and acquisition of qualifications. We also encourage learning from contacts outside the company by providing a dedicated space for side jobs and support for outside meetings.
