 In order to achieve health management that supports the health of employees as well as their work, the company has set up a menu of health checkups based on the gender and age of employees.

 The Health and Safety Committee meets monthly to report on items of high risk to the Company, such as occupational accidents and overtime work, and to discuss ways to ensure the health and safety of employees in the presence of personnel in charge of the human resources department, employee representatives, and industrial physicians. In addition to the above committee meetings, the committee for safety and health management at security inspection sites is held every month at the group companies' security business. The committee promotes the creation of a safe working environment by holding study sessions to eliminate occupational accidents, expanding equipment, and improving insecure facilities.

Introduction of club activity system

 This is a system that allows employees to establish club activities on their own initiative, and the company provides support for these activities. Currently, various club activities such as a running club, sauna club, gourmet club, etc. are being conducted. Active communication through club activities leads to the fostering of human relations in the workplace, where employees can cooperate and enhance each other's skills.
