About Application

Q. How do I apply for gas at Regil?

Please search for "Regil's Gas" on the web and go to the application page. We do not accept applications by phone.

Q. Can I apply for Regil gas in a room that has not yet been turned on?

Please note that we do not accept applications to open the tap at Regil Gas. Please first complete the procedure with another company such as Tokyo Gas, and then apply to switch to Regil's gas.

Q. Do I need an email address to apply?

Yes, an e-mail address is required for both web-based and written applications. You may register with an email address other than your own, such as that of a family member.

About Contracts

Q. What types of properties can switch to Resil gas?

Properties in areas where the general gas pipeline operator is "Tokyo Gas" or "Keiyo Gas" are eligible.

Q. Can I apply for gas even if I don't have an electricity contract?

Before applying for gas service, you must first start electricity service.

Cancellation and Closing

Q. What is the procedure if I want to shut off my gas service?

Please call us to apply for the shut-off of a service line. The customer's presence is required when shutting off the valve.

Q. Can I choose the time to be present at the closing of the valve?

Yes, you can choose from the following time slots: 9:00-12:00, 13:00-15:00, 15:00-17:00.

Q. Is it possible to close the valve on the same day?

We are sorry, but we are unable to close the tap on the day the call comes in; please schedule your appointment for two business days later.

About Switching

Q. Is it possible to switch from another company to Regil gas?

Yes. If you are currently using gas from another company, such as Tokyo Gas, you can apply to switch to Regil's gas via the web.

Q. What should I do if I have difficulty applying online?

・In that case, we can send you a written application form. However, an e-mail address is required. Please contact the Support Center first.

Q. What information is required to verify my identity?

Either customer number, subscriber's full name, or registered telephone number, subscriber's full name, apartment name, and room number is required.

Q. Can a proxy process the application?

We will verify the identity of the customer when processing the application. In the case of a proxy, we will confirm his/her relationship to the policyholder and whether he/she has given his/her consent.

Q. Is it always necessary to be present at the closing of a valve?

Yes. The customer's presence is required when closing the valve. If it is difficult for you to be present, please contact the Support Center.

Q. How do I change my contact phone number?

Please call the Support Center. We can change your registration information.
