　This is a notice to all customers who are applying the "Smile Cooking Discount" (hereinafter referred to as "the Discount") based on the Electrified Kitchen Residence Contract. This is a notice to customers who are applying the "Smile Cooking Discount" ("Discount") based on the Electrified Kitchen Residence Contract.

　("TEPCO"), and only those customers who had been receiving the discount with TEPCO Energy Partners Co. ("TEPCO"), we have also applied this discount to our bulk electric power receiving service only to those customers who had applied this discount with TEPCO.
　However, TEPCO stopped accepting new applications for this discount in 2013, and for customers who are already subscribers, the discount will be terminated for usage on and after the meter reading date of September 2024. In accordance with TEPCO's discontinuation of the discount, we would like to announce that we will also discontinue the discount from the October 2024 billing period.

What is the Electrified Kitchen Housing Contract (Smile Cooking Discount)?
This service offers a discount on electricity rates when using IH cooking heaters, etc. with a rated voltage of 200V.

Smile Cooking Discount = Discounted amount (electricity charge) × 3

*This service is available to customers who have either metered lighting B or C contracts.
*The amount subject to discount excludes charges used during the summer season (from July 1 to September 30 of each year) and fuel cost adjustment and renewable energy surcharge.
*The maximum discount amount is 550 yen per month (tax included).
