We would like to inform you of the following changes to our Electricity Supply and Demand Agreement (high voltage and special high voltage) effective April 1, 2025, which will be applied from the electricity rates for April, 2025.

1. Details of change
In accordance with the revision of the electricity supply and demand provisions (high voltage and special high voltage) of deemed retail electricity suppliers as of April 1, 2025, we will revise the content and calculation formula of the fuel cost adjustment amount in our electricity supply and demand provisions (high voltage and special high voltage).

Chugoku and Kyushu area
The fuel cost adjustment and market price adjustment will be changed together with the revised content of the deemed retail electricity supplier.

Kansai Area
The content of the market price adjustment will be changed in line with the revised content of the deemed retail electricity supplier.

Hokkaido, Tohoku, Chugoku and Kyushu areas
The upper limit of the average fuel price for isolated islands is set at 119,000 yen together with the deemed retail electricity supplier.

There will be no revision in other areas.

There are no procedures to be taken by customers in accordance with the changes to these terms and conditions.
