Apology for Erroneous Bills for Some Customers for the Month of March 2026

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support of our business.
We have discovered that some of the information on the March 2026 invoice that was sent out on April 7, 2026, for our electricity retail service was incorrect.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
The total amount billed will be calculated at the correct amount and there will be no change in the payment amount. The details are as follows

Areas covered: Nationwide (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa areas)
Voltage classification: Special high-voltage / High-voltage metering (*Except for customers under the high-voltage negotiated system)
Contracted plan: JEPX-linked plan
Meter reading classification: Unified schedule (for customers whose usage period is from March 1 to March 31)

Details of misstatement
On the paper bill that was mailed to you, there was an error in the electricity unit price listed in the "Average Unit Price Calculation" under "Charge Item" in the "Billing Details" section.
