Our business started in September 1993 as the sole proprietorship of our founder, Seiji Nakamura, and was reorganized into Merix, Inc. in August 1995. Ltd. in August 1995. Since then, the company has developed its business with the condominium bulk power distribution service, which was launched in 2004, as the core of its business. In April 2016, Chuo Denryoku Solution Co., Ltd. and Chuo Denryoku Energy Co., Ltd. were made subsidiaries to strengthen our group management structure, forming a corporate group as our group. In September 2023, the company changed its name to Resil Corporation.
