In recent years, the need to strengthen the resilience of condominiums against the damage caused by frequent natural disasters has become a major issue. The government has been promoting the development of a strong national land structure to make the country more resilient to disasters, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has been promoting and subsidizing projects such as "Tokyo Staying Condominiums" to promote evacuation at home.
Our company's per-pass is "As a cohesive point, we will continue to resist social challenges. Based on our desire to be a unifying point that can solve social issues through our business, we aim to strengthen disaster resilience by solving life stoppages in condominiums during disaster power outages by leveraging our accumulated know-how.
In April 2023, we will launch the "Condominium Disaster Prevention Service," the first service of its kind in the industry, which will supply electricity even during power outages due to disasters, enabling safer and more secure evacuation of people from their homes. The main feature of this service is a system that enables the installation of a solar power generation system and storage batteries in existing condominiums at an initial cost of zero yen to supply electricity generated or stored to power equipment in common areas (water pumps, elevators, etc.) in the event of a power outage. Since the launch of the service, we have received many inquiries from condominium management associations, management companies, etc., and have seen an increase in disaster awareness.
Therefore, we decided to hold an online event in September, when disaster awareness is on the rise, to explain the forefront of home evacuation in the event of a disaster in condominiums and the repercussions of condominium disaster prevention services.
