(headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Yasuzumi Tanji, President; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), whose mission is to "make decarbonization less of an intractable problem," has been recognized as a "Great Place to Work" company for the 2025 edition, based on the results of a survey of workers conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan (hereinafter referred to as GPTW Japan).
We are promoting various measures to improve employee engagement. We will report on the details of these measures and the actual response, along with the evaluation points for accreditation.
◾️ Certification as a "Great Place to Work" company
Based on the results of a survey of workers, GPTW Japan officially recognizes companies as "Best Places to Work" based on their excellent workplace culture. Certified companies have the effect of increasing recruitment, employee loyalty, and corporate value in terms of ESG governance.
The Great Place to Work® Institute defines a "Great Place to Work®" as "a company where every employee, regardless of position, job, or place of work, trusts the company and its leaders, takes pride in his or her work, and feels solidarity with the people he or she works with.
This time, GPTW Japan conducted a survey of workers at our company, and the results were evaluated and recognized as a "Best Place to Work" in the 2025 edition.

◾️An example of institutional reform implemented in our company and its repercussions
The Company has a company that isA place where willful growth can come true and where working is not a constraint."and positioned that it should be "If the way we work doesn't change, our business model won't change either.Over the past two years, we have been promoting various institutional reforms based on the concept of

As of the end of August 2024, there were 11 employees with side jobs, an increase of approximately 83% from the number when the area was first established (November 2023). Employees with side jobs have commented that they are able to return the learning they gain from the challenges of a different industry to their core business, creating a virtuous cycle.
In addition, our support system for qualification acquisition, book purchase, and seminar attendance expenses has been well received, and an increasing number of employees are willingly acquiring qualifications related to their work, in addition to the electrical qualifications required for their work in the engineering field.
In addition to support for knowledge and skill expansion, the open recruitment system and FA system, in which the company encourages individual careers, are also utilized within the company, and several employees have been promoted to managers.
In addition to the above, system reforms that lead to easier work have also had a positive impact within the company. In particular, the Super Flex System, which allows employees to leave the office at any time, is used by the majority of employees, including those who have family obligations that make it difficult to work flexible hours and those who have a second job. In addition, the elimination of rules on clothing and hairstyles has allowed employees to wear T-shirts, jeans, and other clothing of their choice, and some employees have even expressed their individuality through their hair color.
Our president, Mr. Tanji, was also awarded Best Company in 2016 when he was president of Promicros Corporation (now Signi Corporation), making our company the second company to receive this recognition.
◾️Comments from Yasuzumi Tanji, President and Representative Director, Resil Corporation
They do a fixed job at a fixed place at a fixed time. In other words, there is no room to think about what kind of results will be produced and by what process. I believe this is why new challenges and new ideas cannot be born. If we provide a place where people can work freely and without restrictions, then once they are set in their minds, they suddenly begin to wonder how to use the new blank space, and they become more restricted.
It has taken two years, but I believe we have finally reached the starting point as a "place for willful growth.
Up to this point, management can create a top-down approach, but from this point on, the employees are the main actors. They are working as a team to achieve the goals they have set for themselves and, as a result, contribute to society. As a company, we will support the creation of such a system. Through a series of these small successes, we hope to create a company where all employees can experience personal growth, joy, and a sense of job satisfaction.
The last Promicros we ran took 6 years from the time we started the turnaround until we all felt it was a great place to work. Regil is only two years old. We will continue to build a good company with all of our employees based on the principle of "Continuing to fight against social issues as a point of unity.
