We are pleased to announce that our 100% subsidiary, Chuo Denryoku Solution Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Daichi Ishii), has changed its name to Resil Electric Security Corporation ("Resil Electric Security"), effective July 1, 2025. At the same time of this company name change, the "Central Electric Power Safety Association" operated by Resil Electric Safety has also changed its name to "Resil Electric Safety Association".
In addition to the existing electric safety business, the construction function, which had been handled by Resil, will be transferred to Resil Electric Safety starting on the same day, creating a system that provides both electric safety and construction functions in a comprehensive manner. In addition, the company will begin developing an electrical safety SaaS that supports smart safety, and will consider offering it to external parties along with its electrical safety know-how.

Resil Electric Safety specializes in "safety" as a professional company that supports the safety and stable operation of electric facilities, and is developing its business with a focus on statutory inspections and maintenance services for high-voltage power receiving and transforming facilities.
The company name was changed to "Resil Electric Safety Co., Ltd." as a turning point in the company's evolution from a specialist in electrical safety to a company that comprehensively supports the safe and stable operation of electrical facilities. At the same time, the functions of the "construction" field that had been handled by Resil were transferred to Resil Electric Safety, and the company was reorganized to provide both electrical safety and construction services in a comprehensive manner.
This business transfer was triggered by the growing introduction of services for condominiums developed by Rezil, as well as deepening relationships of trust with corporate customers to whom Rezil provides electricity retail services and an increase in orders for REZIL BPaaS (*) from power companies, which has led to growing needs for electrical security and construction work. This is the reason for the increase in the number of orders for "REZIL BPaaS "* from electric power companies.
By reducing the burden of business collaboration that has occurred between companies, improving organizational responsiveness, and optimizing operations, we aim to further expand our business while meeting the diversified needs of our customers in the future.

Electric Safety Operations and Human Resource Development Initiatives
In recent years, issues such as aging facilities and a shortage of engineers have become apparent in the electrical safety industry, and there is a need to implement "smart safety" that can realize more efficient and sophisticated operations.
In light of this situation, Resil Electric Safety is actively promoting the implementation of smart safety that achieves both quality and efficiency through the introduction of advanced technologies to the field, such as remote monitoring to constantly monitor equipment conditions, and the establishment of a system for predictive maintenance based on accumulated data. We are also focusing on the development of systems that support smart safety, and in the future we intend to offer these systems externally in combination with our own electrical safety know-how.
In addition to improving technical skills, Resil Electric Safety also focuses on human resource development and creating a comfortable work environment. Through classroom and on-the-job training at dedicated training facilities, on-the-job training in the field, and support for qualification acquisition, we have established a training system that allows even inexperienced or new employees to grow with ease. In addition, we have introduced a system that allows employees to work in a variety of ways that suit their lifestyles, such as a flexible work schedule that allows employees to go directly to work and return home, and a super-flex system with no core work hours. With the integration of our construction business, we will be able to support our customers in terms of both electrical safety and construction by establishing a system that comprehensively handles the entire lifecycle of facilities.
Currently, the demand for electrical security and construction work is further increasing with the expansion of services.
