The new building is "Wellith Urban Magome (tentative name)," currently under development in Ota-ku, Tokyo. Starting with the introduction of this system, NTT Urban Development plans to study the possibility of expanding the system to the "Wellith" series, NTT Urban Development's brand of housing.

Background of Initiatives
Under the government policy to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, the residential sector is also required to work toward decarbonization, and the use of highly insulated and energy-efficient housing is being promoted. On the other hand, we have been working to realize a living environment that combines decarbonization and resilience by providing a "condominium disaster prevention service" that combines a solar power generation system and storage batteries with our bulk power receiving service for condominiums.
By combining NTT Urban Development's expertise in condominium development and disaster prevention design with our technology and operational know-how, we will be able to provide both hardware and software to ensure comfort and economy during normal times and safety during emergencies.
