We are pleased to announce that, effective October 1, 2025 (Wednesday), we will expand the service coverage of "Resil's Gas", which was previously limited to the Tokyo Gas supply area, to the Keiyo Gas supply area.

Resil's Gas" is a city gas retail service offered to customers living in condominiums that have already installed our core service, "Bulk Electricity Distribution Service for Condominiums".
In addition to reducing electricity rates through the "condominium bulk power receiving service," the service aims to provide additional value to condominiums, offering a rate structure that is more affordable than the standard rate plans of major gas companies and a form of payment that combines with electricity rates to enhance convenience for residents. In addition, the combined payment with the electricity bill offers greater convenience to residents.

However, due to the popularity of the service among many customers, we have strengthened our cooperation with Tokyo Energy Alliance Corporation (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Shigeto Iwata) and expanded the scope of service provision to the Keiyo Gas supply area.
