Ltd. announces that it will relocate its Osaka Head Office to the "Grand Green Osaka Gate Tower" on January 26, 2026 (Monday), for the purpose of improving the work environment and productivity in response to an increase in the number of employees due to business expansion.
(Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Daichi Ishii), a group company, will also move its Osaka head office to the same location and begin operations on the same day.
Background and Purpose of Relocation
The relocation of the Osaka head office is intended to improve the working environment and productivity and to strengthen the business base in the Kansai area in response to the increase in personnel due to recent business expansion.
The new location, ”Grand Green Osaka,” is directly connected to "Osaka Station," the largest terminal in western Japan, and is a new landmark that is attracting attention as a fusion center of "green" and "innovation. By locating in this advanced environment, we will improve the work environment for our employees and enhance their productivity in the future.
From the viewpoint of human capital management, we regard the improvement of the working environment as an "investment for future growth" and are promoting this relocation. We also aim to further enhance our corporate value by accelerating the creation of synergies among group companies through office integration with our group company, Resil Electric Safety Co.
