The sale of electricity.
Due to the nature of electricity as a commodity, returns are not allowed. Even if the General Transmission and Distribution Utility suspends the connection supply or restricts or discontinues the use of electricity, the Company shall not be liable to compensate for any damage suffered by the customer or to perform its obligations under the supply and demand contract.

[Gas sales.
Due to the nature of gas as a commodity, returns are not allowed. Even if a General Gas Pipeline Service Company suspends the consignment supply, or restricts or discontinues the use of gas, the Company shall not be liable to compensate for any damage suffered by the customer or to perform its obligations under the supply and demand contract.
