This is a service in which Resil Corporation receives electricity from condominiums or entire buildings in bulk and supplies electricity to individual tenants or customers in private areas.
This will allow customers to use electricity based on the contract with Resil Corporation.
If you wish to start using electricity, please contact the Support Center and apply for the service.
When you apply, we will ask you for information such as your contract name, desired start date of use, contact telephone number, billing address, and e-mail address.
For tenant customers, the contract is usually for both electric and power, so we will accept a combined application.
We will be happy to check the details of your electricity usage in your room. Please contact the Support Center.
If you wish to change your contract details, such as your name or billing address, please contact our Support Center for details.
After applying for the change, the change may be reflected in the following month's billing.
If the name of the subscriber changes due to inheritance, merger, etc., it is possible to change the name of the subscriber. Please contact the Support Center.
We also accept requests for changes in contracted capacity and contracted power for electric and power generation.
We will ask for details of the changes to ensure that the contract is appropriate for the customer's load facilities and usage conditions.
The department in charge may contact you again regarding capacity changes, including power. In such cases, we may ask for your e-mail address.
As a general rule, only account transfer is accepted as a payment method.
If you wish to change to direct debit (or change your payment account), we will send you an application form for the procedure.
It usually takes about 2 to 3 months to complete the process after the application form is returned. Until then, the current payment method will be used.
Electricity rates are calculated by applying a contract-based reduction to the rates for each type of contract based on the "Bulk Electricity Service Rate Schedule" for the location of the demand location.
The charge is the sum of the basic charge, the electricity volume charge (including the amount equivalent to fuel cost adjustment), and the amount equivalent to the surcharge for promoting renewable energy generation.
Charges are calculated based on the date of monthly meter reading.
In principle, notification of charges will be made through the customer-specific Web site (Ricola) on the Company's Web site.
Payment is due by the due date of the fee transfer indicated on the invoice.
If there is a security risk, unauthorized use of electric facilities due to modification, etc., or any other violation of the Terms and Conditions, or if the situation does not improve after warning, the electricity supply may be cut off.
In the event that the customer does not pay the electricity charges for another 20 days after the due date, the electricity supply may also be suspended. In this case, we will give 5 days advance notice of the suspension.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as equipment failure, construction work, or emergency disaster, we may stop providing electricity, or may ask customers to restrict or discontinue use of electricity.
However, no fee discount will be offered in the event of these restrictions or cancellations.
If payment is not made by the due date, the service fee will be re-billed and a charge of 500 yen (plus consumption tax) will be added to the fee for the following month and thereafter.
If payment is not made after another 20 days from the due date, the electricity supply may be cut off in accordance with the Terms of Service (advance notice will be given).
In the event that the electricity supply is interrupted, arrangements for restoration will be made after confirming payment of outstanding electricity charges and electricity shutdown restoration fees in accordance with the Terms of Service.
If you wish to discontinue the use of electricity, please contact the Support Center in advance to determine the desired date of discontinuation.
The usage contract will be terminated on the date of meter reading at the time of move-out.
In the case of a tenant customer, we usually accept suspension requests for both electric and power subscriptions.
We will ask for your contact information after you stop using the service and the address to which the final bill will be sent. We may ask you to turn off the breaker in your room.
If there are unpaid charges, we will inform you of the payment together with the suspension procedure.
In the event that the customer relocates from the place of demand without informing us, and it is clear that the customer is not using electricity, the service contract will expire on the date when we take measures to terminate the service.
Even after the expiration of the Usage Contract, the fees and other debts and credits during the term will not be extinguished.
