About the Mizuho Innovation Award
　The Mizuho Innovation Award, sponsored by Mizuho Bank, was established to support the growth of startup companies (innovative companies) that are taking on the challenge of innovative business. The award is given on a quarterly basis to innovative companies based on the evaluation of their business model superiority, team strength, growth potential, and other factors.
　Mizuho Bank aims to contribute to the development of Japan's economy and society by not only selecting the award winners, but also providing support to the winning companies through business matching with large corporations, thereby supporting the growth of innovative companies that will lead Japan.

Reasons for the award (from Mizuho Bank)
　Amidst the growing importance of efforts toward a decarbonized society worldwide, the Mizuho Innovation Award was presented to the company in recognition of its growth as a frontrunner in solving social issues in the energy field by building a distributed energy eco-system based on its know-how and customer base accumulated through its bulk power distribution service for condominiums, and by optimizing the renewable energy value chain from power generation to customers. We are pleased to present the Mizuho Innovation Award to the company for its growth potential as a frontrunner in solving social issues in the energy field.

Business areas that were the reason for the award
　Prior to the deregulation of electric power, we developed a service to solve the social problem of insufficient repair reserves for condominiums by optimizing power management and operations, and have provided services to more than 170,000 households in approximately 2,200 buildings in the Kanto and Kansai regions combined. Currently, we are building a next-generation distributed energy eco-system with three pillars: distributed energy business, green energy business, and energy DX business, utilizing our foundation and know-how.
　In the distributed energy business, we contribute to decarbonization and improve disaster resilience by installing and controlling small-scale distributed power generation (DER) facilities such as power receiving and transforming facilities, storage batteries, solar power generation and EV charging facilities at various locations through services within our business.
　And in our green energy business, we promote corporate decarbonization by stably procuring electricity derived from renewable energy sources and supplying it to offices and factories. We also forecast supply and demand based on our own accumulated electricity consumption of our customers, and pursue optimization of electricity use to ensure that electricity generated is not wasted.
　In the Energy DX business, we provide our own know-how and systems, from electricity procurement to meter reading, rate calculation, billing, inquiries, and security, to energy companies as "REZIL BPaaS (Business Process as a Service)" to support business improvement through DX realization. We will support you to improve your business by realizing DX.
