We are pleased to announce our new management structure for the year 2024. We are also pleased to announce that under the new management structure, we have reformed our work style, reformed our systems, and developed new services, and as a result, our sales have grown to the 40 billion yen level (27% increase over the same period last year, as of June 30, 2023) and the number of applicants for jobs has grown to 1,322 (99% increase over the same period last year, as of November 30, 2023).

　As perceptions about energy evolve,I will join Regil in 2020 untilI used to think that energy was something to be supplied as a matter of course. However, after joining the company, I have learned about the efforts and hardships involved in the process of creating energy, and I am convinced that not only the creators (suppliers) but also electricity users should actively participate in energy optimization.
　In Japan, where resources are scarce, the introduction of renewable energy is essential to improve energy self-sufficiency (11.31 TP3T, FY2020*1). However, it currently relies on supplier control, resulting in a situation where excess energy generated is discarded. In addition, CO2 emissions on the user side are a major challenge in achieving decarbonization, and the road to decarbonization remains a long way off if suppliers' efforts alone are not sufficient.

　To address these issues, we are introducing small-scale distributed energy resources (DER) such as storage batteries, solar power generation, and EV recharging facilities on the user side, and providing a mechanism to realize "energy optimization on the user side" by using DER to store and supply surplus renewable energy, thereby reducing CO2 emissions while eliminating energy waste. We provide a mechanism to realize "energy optimization on the user side" by saving and supplying surplus renewable energy. At the same time, we are exploring the possibility of controlling and networking these DERs using AI technology to produce significant results while demonstrating their collective power. Also,For suppliers other than usREZIL BPaaS provides digital technology and streamlined business processes to support cost-effective business transformation.
Through our services, suppliers can supply energy more efficiently and users can use energy without waste.

　We will provide an environment where energy suppliers and users can work together to "optimize energy", and we aim to build a decentralized energy eco-system to improve energy efficiency throughout Japan. We also hope to contribute to energy optimization in resource-poor countries around the world.
